Wheel balancer — FCAR P-077I
Balances the wheel.
And talks to your diagnostics.
FCAR P-077I, the FCAR wheel balancer with a wireless communication module: it pairs over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi with the brand’s diagnostic tablets. Graphic display, automatic measurement with arm and sonar, laser pointer and the ALU, ALU-S, HIDE and OPT programs for steel rims, alloy rims and motorcycle wheels.
The “I” version adds wireless connectivity to the P-077
What the “I” adds
The balancer stops being an island in the workshop
The P-077I is the P-077 with an intelligent wireless communication module. It pairs over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi with FCAR diagnostic tablets, so balancing stops being a loose figure on a screen and becomes part of the job you are already documenting in the workshop.
Bluetooth or Wi-Fi
Whichever suits each work bay. The module is built into the machine: no building work, no cabling.
Works with FCAR tablets
F9S, E91 and equivalent models from the brand. If you already work with FCAR diagnostics, the P-077I joins the same ecosystem.
Balancing stops being a loose figure
The machine pairs with the tablet and shares the balancing data with the rest of the job.
This is not a one-mode balancer. It carries the programs you need for steel rims, alloy rims and motorcycle wheels, including splitting weights so they hide behind the spokes.
Standard dynamic
Inner and outer weight on steel rims.
Static
A single weight, for narrow wheels.
Motorcycle mode
A dedicated sub-mode within static.
ALU 1 to ALU 5
Five combinations of clip-on and stick-on weights.
ALU-S with variable planes
You choose where the stick-on weights go, guided on screen.
HIDE, split weight
Splits the outer weight behind two spokes: out of sight.
OPT, match mounting
Turns the tyre 180° and cuts the weight needed.
Calibration from the menu
Balance, distance, diameter and width, step by step.
Three steps and the machine does the rest: lower the guard and the sonar measures the width, the spin starts on its own and stops with the result on screen.
Fewer steps per wheel, more wheels per day
The measuring arm picks up distance and diameter, the sonar reads the width with nobody typing it in, and the machine guides the operator to the exact weight position, locking the wheel at twelve o’clock.
- Mount the wheel with the right cone and take distance and diameter by bringing the measuring arm up to the rim.
- Lower the guard: the sonar measures the width by itself, the spin starts automatically and the machine stops showing the grams for each side.
- Fit the weights where the screen indicates — in ALU-1 the laser projects the exact spot on the rim for the stick-on weight — and run the check spin again.
A machine ready to work, with installation and training handled by EfiTaller.
