P-077I Wheel Balancer | FCAR Europe — preview

Wheel balancer — FCAR P-077I

Balances the wheel.
And talks to your diagnostics.

FCAR P-077I, the FCAR wheel balancer with a wireless communication module: it pairs over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi with the brand’s diagnostic tablets. Graphic display, automatic measurement with arm and sonar, laser pointer and the ALU, ALU-S, HIDE and OPT programs for steel rims, alloy rims and motorcycle wheels.

What the “I” adds

The balancer stops being an island in the workshop

The P-077I is the P-077 with an intelligent wireless communication module. It pairs over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi with FCAR diagnostic tablets, so balancing stops being a loose figure on a screen and becomes part of the job you are already documenting in the workshop.

Bluetooth or Wi-Fi

Whichever suits each work bay. The module is built into the machine: no building work, no cabling.

Works with FCAR tablets

F9S, E91 and equivalent models from the brand. If you already work with FCAR diagnostics, the P-077I joins the same ecosystem.

Balancing stops being a loose figure

The machine pairs with the tablet and shares the balancing data with the rest of the job.

What the P-077I can do

This is not a one-mode balancer. It carries the programs you need for steel rims, alloy rims and motorcycle wheels, including splitting weights so they hide behind the spokes.

Standard dynamic

Inner and outer weight on steel rims.

Static

A single weight, for narrow wheels.

Motorcycle mode

A dedicated sub-mode within static.

ALU 1 to ALU 5

Five combinations of clip-on and stick-on weights.

ALU-S with variable planes

You choose where the stick-on weights go, guided on screen.

HIDE, split weight

Splits the outer weight behind two spokes: out of sight.

OPT, match mounting

Turns the tyre 180° and cuts the weight needed.

Calibration from the menu

Balance, distance, diameter and width, step by step.

How a wheel is balanced with the P-077I

Three steps and the machine does the rest: lower the guard and the sonar measures the width, the spin starts on its own and stops with the result on screen.

Fewer steps per wheel, more wheels per day

The measuring arm picks up distance and diameter, the sonar reads the width with nobody typing it in, and the machine guides the operator to the exact weight position, locking the wheel at twelve o’clock.

  1. Mount the wheel with the right cone and take distance and diameter by bringing the measuring arm up to the rim.
  2. Lower the guard: the sonar measures the width by itself, the spin starts automatically and the machine stops showing the grams for each side.
  3. Fit the weights where the screen indicates — in ALU-1 the laser projects the exact spot on the rim for the stick-on weight — and run the check spin again.

Frequently asked questions

Things to check before buying a wheel balancer

What is the difference between the P-077 and the P-077I?
The mechanical base and the balancing programs are the same. The P-077I adds the wireless communication module: it pairs over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi with FCAR diagnostic tablets. If you do not need that connection, the P-077 is still a valid option; tell us how you work and we will tell you which one fits.
How much does the FCAR P-077I wheel balancer cost?
It depends on the configuration and on the accessories your workshop needs. As the official FCAR importer for Europe, EfiTaller prepares a fixed quote with installation, training and support included. Request a price here.
Can it balance motorcycle wheels?
Yes. The static program has a dedicated motorcycle sub-mode. To mount the wheel you will need the right adapter for the hub type; ask us and we will confirm which tool your case requires.
Can it hide the weights on an alloy rim?
Yes, with the HIDE program. It splits the outer plane weight into two weights placed behind two spokes, so they stay out of sight. It works on rims with 3 to 12 spokes and is used together with the ALU-S program.
How often does it need calibrating?
FCAR recommends calibrating every 3 months, and whenever the machine is moved or the readings look doubtful. Calibration is done from the menu itself with the 100 g weight supplied with the machine: no need to call anyone out.
Why is there sometimes a small imbalance left after fitting the weights?
Because commercial weights come in 5 gram steps, and a few degrees of error when sticking them on can leave 5 to 10 grams behind, especially with large imbalances. If it happens, remove the weights and balance again; on alloy rims the ALU-S program gives the finest result.
Is installation, training and technical support available?
Yes. EfiTaller is the official FCAR importer for Europe: installation in your workshop, training for your team and follow-up support in English, with spare parts and warranty.
