Cookie Policy

1. In short

This website does not use analytics, advertising or third-party cookies to track you. It only stores in your browser what it needs to work: your language, the quote you are putting together, the fact that you have already seen the cookie notice, and a session cookie that protects the forms and the chat. That is why we do not ask you to accept anything: the notice you see when you arrive is for information only.

2. What cookies are

A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser to make the page work, remember your preferences or analyse how it is used. Other technologies serve the same purpose, such as the browser's local storage; this policy treats them in the same way as cookies.

3. What this website stores in your browser

Everything is first-party (fcareurope.com) and technical:

All of them are necessary to provide the service you request, so, under Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI), they do not require your prior consent.

4. How we count visits

To know how many people visit the website we use our own measurement system, hosted on our server, which does not use cookies or store your IP address. To tell visitors apart, an anonymous identifier is generated that changes every 24 hours and cannot be used to recognise you. We record the page visited, the language, the type of device (mobile, tablet or computer) and the website you came from. These data are deleted after 12 months.

5. Third-party services

Cloudflare Turnstile. On pages with a form (contact, quote request, product pages, become a distributor, distributor qualification and call booking) we load Turnstile, by Cloudflare, which checks that the person filling in the form is a human and not an automated program. It does not install advertising or tracking cookies, but Cloudflare receives your IP address and technical data from your browser to carry out the check. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

YouTube videos. The videos on the product pages and in the help centre show an image hosted by us and do not connect to YouTube until you press the play button. When you do, the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com and, from that moment, YouTube (Google) may store data in your browser under its own policy. See Google's privacy policy.

Chat. The website assistant stores nothing in your browser apart from the session cookie. What we do with what you write in it is explained in the privacy policy.

We do not load any other external resource: fonts, images and scripts are served from our own domain.

6. How to delete or block cookies

You can allow, block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings:

Please note that if you block them, some features will stop working: your language will not be remembered, the quote you were preparing will be lost and the forms may show an error when you submit them.

7. Changes to this policy

If the services we use or the regulations change, we will update this page and its date.
